I started Functional Impact Physical Therapy because I believe people deserve more than a quick evaluation and a generic exercise program. My goal is to understand how your body moves, identify the underlying cause of pain or movement limitations, and create a plan that helps you confidently return to the activities you love.
Over the past 15 years, I've worked with athletes and active adults of all ages, from competitive athletes to recreational golfers and individuals simply looking to stay active. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work extensively with female athletes and many women golfers, helping them recover from injury, improve performance and better understand how their bodies move so they can continue enjoying the sports and activities they love.
Education is an important part of my approach. I believe you should leave every visit understanding not only what we're doing but why we're doing it. My goal is to help you build the knowledge, movement and confidence to continue progressing long after physical therapy is over.
